Tofu pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cakes soft Ithaca Soy Tofu
  • 1/4 C peanut butter
  • Soy sauce to taste (more if PB is unsalted)
  • 1/2 tsp powdered ginger
Cooking Instructions
Squish everything together in a bowl. Oil a 9” round or 8” square cake pan. Mash the goop in there. Bake for 1/2 hour at 350 F. Serve with Buddha’s Special Sauce.

Notes
Small children not allergic to PB who have clean hands may enjoy helping to squish.
